Staying healthy takes choices. Working with ALS is especially interesting because we need to break the care down to an even deeper level to address every system that is directly effected by it and the systems that have residual effect.
We work with the nervous system, the immune system, the muscular system, cranio system and digestive system. Here are some of the things we have completed research on and provided for Doug to stay healthy. Adding more details regularly. 5 Tibetan Rites
Our basic protocol. All people are individual and need to be evaulated for the best match!
Every individual is a different person therefore may not have the same complete protocol as another.
A change in the diet, mostly organic fruits and vegetables. These get into the cells and remove wastes.
Herbs to clean and regenerate the body, some deep tissue cleansing may be needed for some people.
Meditation 2-3 times daily, as well as EFT techniques.
Moderate exercise, I suggest yoga, qigong, simple movements keep the body fluids flowing
Essential oils/aromatherapy for stress reduction
Weekly lymphatic massage to remove toxins
Ionic foot baths weekly
Visit with spiritual advisor once to twice a month
Visit with Holistic practitioner every other week for 6 months to a year.
